Valentine’s Day is all about saying I love you. We usually buy gifts or cards, and send messages to our loved ones, but how often do we “love” ourselves?
When was the last time you showed yourself some self-care and took that nap, went to have your hair done, spent that extra 30 minutes taking a walk in nature, or splurging on something good for yourself?
Self-care is so important and something that I’m having to learn to make more of a priority in my own life.
As women and moms we take on the world daily, and we are always doing things for others – it is hard to find time for ourselves. But remember, we can not give to others if we haven’t first taken care of ourself.

- Bubble Bath with my favorite essential oils and epsom salts
- Facial night with all my favorite masks and oils
- Cupping or Massage
- A walk in nature
