We all know that not all “natural” products are created equal. We know that not all companies in the natural product space follow the same rules and put product quality at the forefront of their business strategy.
Commitment to quality doesn’t always come across on a shelf or in packaging, but it does make a difference when you consider loyal customers. Once someone finds a product that works and is effective with consistency in this space you gain a loyal customer who recommends your product and is brand loyal.
In the natural product space, we have all learned, that you can’t always find a deal, and you do spend more for some brands in the same category. However, if you are like me and have tried every (ok, that is an exaggeration, but most of the items that line the shelves of Whole Foods’ aisles) you have probably found everything from supplements to beauty to food to be hit and miss. And like me, you have also probably celebrated and screamed from the rooftops when you finally found a product that worked.
When I do recommendations on this blog it is with products, recipes, and items that really wowed me, were effective for me, and where I am a loyal customer putting my money where my mouth is. Eating clean and living clean are not easy tasks and to be honest are a financial burden, but our health is too important to not make an investment in ourselves.
So many of us fall off the wagon during the cleaning-up of our lives whether we start this journey either out of need due to health diagnosis or simply prevention. I am here as are many fabulous resources I have found along to way to help you avoid some of the pitfalls we have each fallen into during our journey.
I will continue to write, recommend, and add to my resources page the people, products, and things that I feel I can rely on.
You are not alone in this journey!
